With four decades of experience, Teresa Sugg has built an impressive career centered on guiding clients through Estate Planning and Administration matters. As an Estate Administration Paralegal and Executive Assistant to both Wesley Bailey and David W. Bailey, Jr., Teresa can make even the most complex cases feel manageable.

Initially working in domestic law, Teresa came to realize her skills were better suited for an arena where she could provide support during life’s toughest moments. Estate law quickly became her calling – feeding her intellectual curiosity while also allowing for her to form meaningful connections with clients while they navigate the complexities of Estate Planning and Administration.

For Teresa, the true reward comes from the personal bonds she forms with clients. She is highly regarded by our clients as someone they can rely on to alleviate their stress and expertly guide them through their various legal matters.

Teresa is also a person of diverse interests away from the office. She’s an avid reader who particularly enjoys historical nonfiction, mysteries, and books exploring world history. She loves gardening, her dogs, and spending precious moments with her beloved family and grandchildren.
