Connie Roberts is an integral part of our team at Bailey & Thomas. She oversees critical areas of our day-to-day operations, including Human Resources, Firm Management, and Financial Operations. It is her steady hand and expertise that keeps the engine of our firm running smoothly.

What first drew Connie to estate law was the opportunity to help people during their greatest times of need. Having personally experienced the difficulties surrounding a loved one’s passing, she wanted to play a role in providing guidance and support to clients during such challenging transitions.

While Connie’s responsibilities span a wide range of business and operational functions, she most enjoys the crucial accounting elements of a small business. She has a true talent and passion for finance, budgeting, and ensuring the firm’s overall economic health.

Away from the office, Connie delights in spending quality time with her children and especially her beloved grandchildren. Her frequent hiking excursions allow her to enjoy nature, stay active, and engage with her daughter. She also appreciates winding down with a good book and caring for her cats.
