Biography:

With nearly four decades of experience, Teresa Sugg has built an impressive career centered on guiding clients through estate planning and administration matters. As both an Executive Assistant to Wesley Bailey and an Estate Paralegal, Teresa can make even the most complex cases feel manageable.

Having initially been involved with domestic law, Teresa realized her skills were better suited for an arena where she could provide caring support during life’s toughest moments. Estate law quickly became her calling – a field that feeds her intellectual curiosity while also allowing her to form meaningful connections with clients navigating estate planning/administration.

For Teresa, the true reward comes from those personal bonds formed and the smiles she’s able to bring to people’s faces when working with them. Her favorite part of the job is simply getting to know clients, and being someone they can count on through thick and thin.

Teresa is also a person of diverse interests away from the office. She’s an avid reader; particularly of historical nonfiction, mysteries, and books exploring world history. She enjoys gardening, her dogs, and spending precious moments with her beloved family and grandchildren.
